The Croft Double Header produced mixed emotions as team newcomer, Michael Moyers Shines on Formula BMW debut.

Michael Moyers made a convincing start in his debut Formula BMW double-header at Croft at the weekend passing no fewer that three cars in just two laps before a tangle with Team Mate Daniel Murray sent the Filsell pair down the order with Murray dropping out and Moyers limping home to record his first Formula BMW finish of the day.

Race two again saw team-mates Moyers and Murray alongside each other, although at the second attempt Moyers made a clean pass to climb through the field to finish a solid 13th behind many of the seasoned drivers already halfway through the 2006 campaign.
